About me
I specialize in helping women reconnect with themselves after the demands of work and life have taken a toll on their health, emotions, and relationships.
My approach is designed for those who have already done significant inner work and are ready to release core wounds and cherished (yet unrecognized) beliefs, so they may begin to tap into the deeply innate peace and wellbeing that heals.
With over 25 years of experience - as well as my own history as a high achiever with a dysfunctional childhood - I’ve been privileged to train with leading researchers, teachers, scholars and clinicians. Their collective wisdom guides my trauma- and polyvagal- informed practices that facilitate self-healing and restore wellbeing at a foundational level.
About You
Whatever comes your way, you get the job done. You’re smart, successful, poised and tough on the outside, but inside there’s chaos that doesn’t go away.
There’s a sense that something is missing, although you can’t name it. Close relationships are especially challenging. Unconditional love and self-acceptance seems elusive. Years of spiritual exploration and psychotherapy haven’t helped much. Now perhaps you’re dealing with a chronic illness no one knows how to effectively treat.

Working Together
Introductory Consultation
This session is designed for us get to know each other and explore working together. This 30-minute consultation is complimentary. Set up a time here
Foundations: 4-month program
Foundations is the cornerstone of our work together.
Month 1: We start by restoring flexibility to your nervous system using Dr. Stephen Porges’ Safe and Sound Protocol as well as somatic breathing and movement exercises. In these sessions you learn about your nervous system and restoring it to healthy homeostasis (balance). Ideally we meet via Zoom three times a week.
Months 2-4: We layer in restorative guidance and coaching, and gently explore core wounds and beliefs over 12 weekly sessions. Our goal is to identify and re-pattern the non-conscious defense feedback loops that have been blocking the body’s innate healing and connection response. Our focus is on supporting your nervous system, restoring healthy function to your cells and mitochondria, their innate healing pathways, and your emotional and social wellbeing.
Continuing Clients
After Foundations, continued sessions are available for a monthly fee, including 2 private sessions, access to me via text and phone, and continued access to the Safe and Sound Protocol.
